A new twist on an ancient tradition: erotic poetry by Kayla Lords

Erotic poetry is hardly a new genre. Erato, one of the ancient Greeks’ nine Muses, was the goddess of erotic poetry. (She was also the goddess of erotic mime, which sounds a lot more interesting than the typical modern street performer’s version of mime.) I’ve written a bit of it myself over the years.

Kayla Lords, an erotica author, sex blogger, podcaster, real-life submissive (and all-around lovely person) has turned her talents to Erato’s inspiration and recently released a book of erotic poems — kinky erotic poems.
